What is Proof of Jurisdiction?
Every block on the Constellation Chain requires cryptographic signatures from validators operating in at least 16 distinct legal jurisdictions. No single government can invalidate or censor the chain. Each block carries the jurisdictional proof of where it was validated — creating the world's first Qualified Electronic Ledger designed for eIDAS 2.0 compliance.
